Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, including U.S. military bases(APO/FPO addresses). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed, we aim to ship it within 1-7 business days. After that, delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. If you need assistance tracking your order, feel free to contact us!
Returns
How do I return an item?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return non-personalized items within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at brookstoneboutique@hotmail.com to receive return instructions.
Note: Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If you are receiving a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange for a different item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
We cannot exchange personalized items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has been processed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! Many of our products can be personalized to suit your needs. Please look for the “Personalization” option on product pages, or contact us directly to discuss custom orders. We are happy to work with you to create something special!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase a gift card directly from our website, and it will be emailed to the recipient immediately after purchase. Gift cards can be used for any products on our site.

Are your products handmade?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing. However, if you're interested in ordering a large quantity of a specific item, please contact us directly, and we'll be happy to discuss options with you.
Will the wood look exactly like the photo?
Each handmade wood item is unique, and while we strive to match the photos as closely as possible, natural variations in the wood grain, color, and texture may occur. These variations are part of the charm of handmade, natural products!
